ABOUT ME

I became a dog trainer after I rescued a 5 year old German Shepherd in 2017 who was fear reactive to everything, severely to men and dogs. She was my soul dog and I wanted to help her navigate a world she found terrifying. In my journey to become a better advocate for her, I realised I’d ignited a passion I'd long since forgotten, thinking it wasn’t on the cards for me. I decided to turn my passion, and dream, into a reality. Since then I’ve completed further learning in my goal of becoming a competent dog trainer. I’ve studied with Institute of Modern Dog Trainers, Canine Principals and Dog Training College and have went on to become an Award Winning Trainer.

Within the Aberdeenshire area I offer bespoke 1:1 training sessions, covering puppy basics to reactivity and everything in between. People choose me because they connect with me. I understand. I’ve been in your shoes. I make training fun for you and your dogs. I use fear free and force free methods, that are largely comprised of games and positive reinforcement. I am supportive of my clients, guiding you through the training experience in an individualised manner that meets not only your needs, but also the needs of your dog.
